Optionally direct the agent on which findings to apply or skip — e.g. a suggestion that contradicts the requirements. Leave blank to let it judge each finding on its own (its default). It works blockers first (root-cause fix + a regression test, or an honest hand-off for a human), then suggestions and nits — always cloning your fork fresh, rebasing onto master, and running type-check:ci + lint + unit tests before it pushes.
